Lucid Dreams of a Cryptic Poet (part I - To a Sea Invocation)
I did not ask for this life, it was given to me
Under the sign of the cross or whatever the hell it is they say at birth, I had no choice
Do you think for one second I asked for the darkness, the lonliness, the demons, everything but the light? Well I did not, that really would make me insane
They teach us when we are children not to meddle in things we do not understand ...
Do you still believe that? Well then what magically gives all the answers to you now?
The answer is nothing...You don’t have to live with what’s inside my head but I do my mind is a maze of horrors but it is still my own...so stay the hell out
Fly away, on, a shadows gaze
Today, we pray, on light we made
A cry, to die, no more pain on the inside
The hands, of time, are slow in the twilight
Tonight, the ice is slow it follows us home
In black, I turn back but there’s nothing that I know
A word, that hurts, to show the pain on the inside
It’s a dream, the monsters under your bed, now in your head
It would seem, the terror you’re running from, that’s done you wrong
I feel, the razor cutting my skin, just to let you in
I see the light that guides me to sounds of infinity
A fortune teller once told me how my end would be
The horsemen of the vale but I won’t die on my knees
If you look inside my heart there’s no love
And I’m not afraid to draw first blood
All there exists inside of me
Is endless time no soul will you see
